Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort

While Jumby Bay’s current pool is a sensational place to relax (see photo) with the new renovation starting in June plans are in place to completely transform this all inclusive resort’s poolside experience!

 Here’s what I’ve learned so far about what’s coming up at Jumby Bay Resort. The current 25-meter freshwater lap pool, that’s always so popular and also getting a redesign during the renovation, is no longer going to be the only pool for resort guests. There’s now another pool coming to Jumby and this one sounds spectacular! The new planned pool is in the perfect spot, oceanfront, and it’s going to be one of those stunning infinity pools that will take advantage of the amazing views and seem to spill right into the Caribbean.

When Jumby Bay guests would talk about what they’d like to see at the resort in the future an oceanside pool was always top on the list, so now Rosewood Hotels and resorts is making this wish a reality. Of course if you crave the ultimate in seclusion and privacy you can always opt for your own private pool by renting one of the villas or estate homes on the island. The main resort at Jumby Bay will close for at least one year for the renovation project but there’s talk of keeping the villas and estate homes available. I’ll have updates as soon as I can find out more!
