Jumby Bay Resort has just introduced a new award-winning chef with a flair for infusing the best of Caribbean cuisine with innovative, inspiring menu selections that are out of this world delicious!
Newly appointed Executive Chef Juan Pablo Loza has arrived from sister property Las Ventanas Al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort in Los Cabos. Chef Loza is combining his mastery of Mexican and Spanish cuisine with Antiguan flare using locally grown spices, produce, and fresh seafood.
This new sense of culinary creativity is reflected in signature dishes such as Lamb Mojito, inspired by the classic cocktail, and the launch of a Signature Burger Menu.
