Jumby Bay Resort officially opens on December 1, 2009, after an impressive 28-million dollar renovation.Just when most of the United States is going into a deep freeze, Jumby Bay will re-open, offering a luxurious, warm and tropical private island escape.

I can’t think of a better place to spend the holidays than wiggling your toes in the baby soft sand at Jumby Bay and enjoying all the new and exciting things this top-rated private islands paradise is now unveiling.

When the resort re-opens on December first, Jumby Bay will feature 40 suites including 28 newly built suites that are just steps from Jumby Bay Beach. 

On the northern end of the property, Pond Bay Terrace will now have 15 beachside courtyard suites that surround a beautiful courtyard and new oceanfront infinity pool.

Eleven oceanfront pool suites will now take advantage of the dramatic views of Jumby Bay Beach while the octagonal Rondavel rooms will have their own setting on the western side of the property.  If you really want to splurge and experience the ultimate in luxury and relaxation, Jumby Bay now also has two Rosewood Estate Suites.
